Special Needs Consultants specializes in maximizing the well-being of clients with Special Needs Trusts (SNT). Such trusts often result from a legal settlement after an incident which caused a physical or mental disability to the client. These trusts carry special rules governing the use of the funds. Special Needs Consultants provides the following services:

Case Assessments and Home Visits

SNC therapists will advise families and trust managers on the needs of the client and allowable and beneficial uses of trust funds. The case assessment is a detailed typed care assessment of the client's needs.

SNC will travel to meet with clients and families at their homes, schools or care facilities, meet with health or care providers, educators, etc. These visits better enable us to assess the best interests of the client, complete paperwork, obtain signatures, etc.

Programs & Benefits Enrollment

With properly structured trusts, most clients can qualify for a variety of federal, state and local programs and benefits. Special Needs Consultants works to maximize the well-being of clients by enrolling in these as appropriate to the case.
