Renee obtained her Master of Science degree in Therapy from Washington University-School of Medicine in Saint Louis where her work concentrated in the areas of pediatrics, rehabilitation, and disability regulations.
Renee has been working with Special Needs Trust and Guardianship Trusts for over 17 years; she has been a therapist for over 23 years.
She is passionate about disability rights and loves serving those in need.
Renee has an active family and tries to keep up with them as best she can by cycling, dancing and lifting weights.
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation, she worked at Dun & Bradstreet as an analyst, She has been married to her wonderful husband for over 27 years, and they have two amazing daughters.

Stephanie loves working with the clients and families of Special Needs Consultants. She began her career with SNC in Sept. of 2014. She is also active in her church and enjoys teaching Bible study classes for preschoolers to adults. Stephanie also enjoys scrapbooking, boating on Lake Travis, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. She taught third grade in the public school system there before having children. Once her children were born, she focused her attention on her family and home, homeschooling her five children, the oldest three all the way through high

Once her children were born, she focused her attention on her family and home, homeschooling her five children, the oldest three all the way through high school. She and her husband recently celebrated their 33rd anniversary. She enjoys cooking, sewing, board games, travel and spending time with family and friends. Kim receives great joy from helping and serving others, and was excited to join the Special Needs Consultants team in August 2018 for the opportunity to help their clients.

Allen comes from a long family line of helping people. His mother is Marilyn Eldridge, the San Antonio Attorney who was named San Antonio's "Feminist in a Chanel Suit." His mother's altruism has rubbed off on him. Allen treats those around him with love, kindness and respect.

They have one beautiful daughter, two dogs, and two guinea pigs. She is active in her church where she has served on finance, hospitality, children’s, and pastor search committees. She enjoys reading, movies, cooking, and crafts. Denise is our client billing specialist.

After spending a few years adventuring in Colorado, she returned to Texas to pursue graduate studies in biochemistry at The Univerity of Texas at Austin. After her twins were born, her focus shifted to raising her sons and volunteering at their schools, running

After spending a few years adventuring in Colorado, she returned to Texas to pursue graduate studies in biochemistry at The Univerity of Texas at Austin. After her twins were born, her focus shifted to raising her sons and volunteering at their schools, running the science fair, coaching Math Pentathlon, and becoming a school library fixture. She joined Special Needs Consultants in the spring of 2023 in the hope of continuing to help those in her community.
Larisa loves travel and adventure with her family, reading books of all flavor, and running very, very slowly with friends.

She has served in various roles in the healthcare industry from medical billing to operations management. Throughout her career, Kayla has discovered her true passion for helping others and excitedly joined Special Needs Consultants

Kelly David’s father was in the Air Force and she grew up moving around all over the country. She settled in Washington State where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University. She was commissioned in the Army and served 4 years in the Nurse Corps. Kelly David’s father was in the Air Force and she grew up moving around all over the country. She settled in Washington State where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University. She was commissioned in the Army and served 4 years in the Nurse Corps. While in the Army she trained at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and received her intensive care unit certification. After serving in the Army Kelly has enjoyed working in multiple different environments from ICU, infusion therapy, gastroenterology and now currently post-operative care. Really she just enjoys being with patients!
Kelly, her husband Michael, and their two boys live in Austin and love spending time with their loving golden doodle, Sushi. If they aren’t at home, you can usually find them at a baseball field rain or shine!

In addition to her work with SNC, Tracey has provided therapeutic care and case management support to children and families through her work with Communities in Schools and the Austin Child Guidance Center. She has a love and passion for getting to know people from all walks of life and helping them to embrace their gifts and reach their goals.
Tracey provides a lot of TLC to our clients and we love having her at SNC.

She has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health needs and has spent the last 10 years working in agencies focused on integrated behavioral health support. Lisa joined Special Needs Consultants in 2021 and meets with clients and their caregivers to review clients' care and needs. Lisa has two (almost) grown children and looks forward to whatever comes up next!

Amy has extensive experience working with people of all ages; she has worked in a variety of setting
Amy Gray, MA, OTR/L earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from University of Southern California (USC) in 1999, where she had specific coursework in the areas of advocacy, disability rights law, and assistive technology. Amy has extensive experience working with people of all ages; she has worked in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient clinics, hospitals (including psychiatric care), and home health. She has worked with and helped multiple patients with disabilities across the spectrum, and enjoys problem solving their areas of need. As well as her work at SNC, she con-currently works at the Child Development Center at CPMC, a multidisciplinary clinic for children and families, and has been there for 15 years. She also works at Dominican University's Occupational Therapy Department as an adjunct instructor in their Community Practice Labs. Amy lives with her husband and son in San Rafael.

She has treated children with varied neuromuscular, neurological, and sensory diagnoses in school settings, outpatient, and private clinics. In addition to her work at SNC, Shana works as an occupational therapist in Early Intervention with the 0-3 population in Orange County, California. She also currently works as a staff OT at Blind Children’s Learning Center, a non-public school in Santa Ana, California.
