The Mission of Special Needs Consultants, LLC is to joyfully serve those with disabilities and their families, while positively impacting our community.
We are a small boutique firm dedicated to hard work and compassion. We are not afraid to "roll up our sleeves" and get in the trenches with you.
About The Owner, Renee Langley
Professional Experience
Renee Langley, M.S., OTR/L, has served the special needs community for more than 23 years. She is the owner and lead Therapist for Special Needs Consultants, LLC. She has helped hundreds of families negotiate the medical, educational and financial hurdles that face families of special needs clients. Renee is also licensed in several states and certified nationally by the Boards so she can work outside of Texas.
Renee obtained her Master's of Science degree from Washington University-School of Medicine in Saint Louis where her work concentrated in the areas of pediatrics, rehabilitation, mental health and disability regulations. Her work concentrated on the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and disability law.
After graduating with her Master's Degree from Washington University, her work diversified. She has worked for Stanford Children's Hospital, Mental health clinics, a San Francisco Bay Area Oral school for the Deaf specializing in Cochlear Implants, owned her own therapy business, worked at Private Pediatric clinics, Schools for children with Language and Learning Differences, and has worked with people with autism spectrum disorder. Renee is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Additionally, Renee is well versed in Federal and State Benefits and Special Needs Trusts.
In addition, she worked with Steve Rhatigan, Chair of George Bush's Presidential Committee for Intellectual Disabilities in Washington, D.C.
She has owned Special Needs Consultants, LLC for over 17 years. She is passionate about serving those in need.

Renee has strong interpersonal skills and works well with a variety of unique people. She has a true passion for serving those with disabilities and their families, and finds joy in helping others in her community.
